AJ Training are firm believers in 'doing' is the best way learn, so the majority of our courses offer a 60/40 split, practical over classroom. We have found this creates a learning environment conducive to forwarding personal development that is enjoyable by both the candidate and the facilitator and is user friendly and flexible within the workplace.
AJTraining was founded in 1995 to teach and coach sales and marketing skills to the retail and motor industry. As a natural progression from a sales and marketing background, sales process training for new products was added to the small list of courses available.
Over the next few years there has been a steady growth in the courses moving into
other training areas and expanding our client base to both the public and private sectors.

and Streetworks as well as developing Waste Training, Carbon Footprints and
